Relative Mixer Logic

This page demonstrates the logic for a relative audio mixer, where the mix is a convex combination of a variable number of audio signals.

Increasing the level of any mixer component will proportionally decrease the levels of all other components (according to their relative weight in the mix without the component being changed). Decreasing the level of a mixer component will correspondingly increase the levels of all other components. You can change levels by clicking/dragging the level bars or by rotating the endless knob below each component.
